The room at ampere was amazing, spacious and perfect for our stuff. We loved returning to a clean room with the bed made and the bins emptied. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the centro and right by the pereira metro station. The staff were super friendly, especially with that lovely bottle of merlot waiting for us!

Great value for money and a nice size room with climate control, a private safe, and flat-screen TV for a really good stay for a business trip. Quiet location in 17th arr. District next to metro around the corner, several local restaurants, and different cafe's and restaurants. Also, near to the metro station with good connections to key tourist attractions.

Quiet room with comfortable bed. Possibility to open a window. Attractive breakfast offering. Easy access to car parking.
Watertemperature kind of difficult to regulate and kept switching between warm & cold. Poor offering of (international) TV stations.

Let's talk about what really matters

The staff were helpful, the place was good, and the cleanliness of the room was sort of accepted regardless the carpet.
The weather during my stay was horrible (hot and humid), and to make things worse the a/c was not working! The room temprature was high and I was thinking to go to another hotel for this reason, I couldn't sleep well, I told the reception and he promised to fix it soon, but it wasn't fixed. So I advise not to book in this hotel unless the weather doesn't need any air conditioning or they have fixed their ac.

Some parts shine, others fall flat
The spacious executive triple room offered a comfortable stay, complemented by a separate toilet and bathroom area, making mornings hassle-free despite being away from tourist noise!
Staff inconsistency was apparent, particularly during check-in where some were unfriendly , impacting the overall experience significantly.
